Name: Etsy Artists of Color

Profile: Etsy Artists of Color is a global collective of minority artists and crafters utilizing the leading online marketplace for buying unique handmade arts and crafts. The group's mission is to establish and maintain
a distinctive group presence in the arts and crafts world, thereby creating
greater opportunities for individual sales. We will do this by continuously
shining a spotlight on works by EAOC members, to enhance their brand
recognition online and offline, resulting in increased sales. We are a
dynamic organization of emerging creative talent from the U.S. and around
the world whose members include fine artists, jewelry and accessories
designers, bath & body artisans, soapmakers and photographers. Our works
span the gamut, from one-of-a-kind items to limited edition collectibles.
Etsy Artists of Color provides members a support system through which
promotional and other marketing ideas are generously exchanged. Working
together as an Etsy Street Team, Etsy Artists of Color's core activities
will include (but are not limited to):

* A collaborative blog, where all members can showcase and market their own
goods.
* Themed occasion promotions such as Black History Month, Mother's/Father's
Day, Cinco de Mayo, Kwaanza, Christmas, and other cultural holidays
celebrated around the world (TBD by interested members).
* Etsy Treasuries
* Initiatives to place articles in the Storque, with a link to the EAOC
blog.
* Where possible, cooperative vendor booths at major cultural fairs e.g.,
Essence Festival, etc.

Members of Etsy Artists Of Color are required to maintain a certain level
of participation to remain in the group.

All members MUST:
1. Maintain an active Etsy shop with listings

2. Abide by the user agreement of Etsy.com

3. Add your member status to your profile

4. Give at least 1hr of time per week to team activities

5. Initiate/participate in 4 team promotions per year
