Profile: EGA is a glass artist collective comprised of kiln work artists, glassblowers, lampworkers, enamelers and stained glass artisans dedicated to fostering an appreciation for the handmade glass arts.

Requirements: To join EGA, we ask that the majority of work in your Etsy shop be glass created by you using the following methods: fusing, slumping, lampworking, enameling, blowing, or soldering. Artists who manipulate or transform glass by hand using other methods will be considered on a case by case basis.

Things to Consider Before Joining: Group members are expected to actively participate and regularly contribute to advancing the goals of EGA. There are monthly membership dues collected for advertising and promotion.

Target Demographics: Glass collectors and others who appreciate handcrafted glasswork.

Goals: To promote the art of glasswork on Etsy and to bring increased exposure to the glass artisans who participate. To expand Etsy's customer base by attracting new buyers through advertising, promotions and marketing strategies. To promote EGA within our own shops, at craft shows and at galleries and shops where our work is exhibited.

How to Join: EGA is a juried Street Team. Please read the membership criteria and apply on our website.
