The EtsyKids Team offers 3 levels of membership:

* Staff Members - have more or less permanent positions on the team, and are responsible for a certain aspect of team operation (for example, Regional Leader or Twitter Captain). Staff Members are listed on our website's Staff & Members pages, our team's profile page on Etsy, and our blog sidebar.
* Contributing Members - participate in team activities, promotions, or events on an ongoing basis. Contributing Members are listed on the Members page of the website and our profile page on Etsy.
* Networking Members - have access to the team's Ning network for resources and support. Networking Members are not listed on the website or profile page.

All members start out as Networking Members, but once you start contributing to the team, your status will be changed to Contributing Member.
