The new EtsyChai team has 3 requirements

Membership requirements (we want everyone to be active)

2. Fill out your information in the Groups Beta Application database (within 7 days of being accepted, very important)
3. Post in Monthly roll call Etsy Team forum thread (1x per month by the 15th of the month) started by blazingneedles for EtsyChai team
