Name: Considerations (CAM)
Profile: A group of artists and craftspeople working in all media who are interested in sharing and learning from each other the best ways to promote our work, both online and in the 'real world'. It is a commmunity effort and we welcome both those who are just starting out, as well as those who have experience on any level. The group's 'home base' is the Considerations ning network, located at http://considerations.ning.com where we have a blog, photo gallery, forum and much more.
How to Join: Contact artsfarm http://artsfarm.etsy.com or spincus http://spincus.etsy.com (We will be setting up an e-mail address specifically for this purpose very soon) Meetings and Events: We meet regulary at the Considerations Ning site, and are a very active group. The group is fairly new but we have a lot of projects in the works to achieve more visibility, and will be rolling these out as the team grows. In the future, we will be looking at outside online group presence in a gallery format, marketing-related discussions on Etsy, group social networking, print advertising and more. |
